Mango Lassi Recipe

Ingredients:

425g Yoghurt

300ml double cream

800ml mango pulp

500g sugar

4 pints full fat milk


Method:

  1. In a large bowl pour the yoghurt, cream, mango pulp, sugar and around 1/2 cup of milk and blend until all the ingredients have combined together.

  2. Slowly start adding the rest of the milk and continue blending until it feels like silk.

  3. Be careful not to over-blend, you can also add a pinch of yellow food colouring to give it that restaurant look.

This is a large amount, fit for parties and a little tip is to pour the lassi back into the milk carton so you can store it in the fridge.
