Vegetable Pakora Recipe

This dish was so easy, I genuinely cannot believe it was my first time making it.

Ingredients you'll need:

1 onion

1 potato

1 tsp salt

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp garam masala

4 green chillis

1 tsp pomegranate seeds (optional)

1 cup of gram flour

Handful of coriander


1. In a bowl, mix your onion, salt, red chilli powder, green chillis, potato, garam masala, pomegranate seeds and leave for about 3o minutes for the water to release from the onions and potatoes.

2. Once the water has released, pour in half a cup of gram flour and mix thoroughly. Keep adding the flour until there is no water left from the veg.

3. Slowly add some water and mix until you get a thick consistency. Make sure it's not too runny.

4. Scoop bits of the mixture with your hand or use a spoon if you're not confident. And drop into hot oil carefully.

5. Cook until it's golden brown

This amount serves 2-3 people as a side. But if you're making it for more just double all the ingredients up.
